I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist (MSW, BSW, RSW) who provides counselling for adults, youth, children, and families. My practice is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and respect for each person’s unique story.
I support clients experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and integrative, drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and strengths-based practices.
